Varieties
Ceylon Cinnamon (True Cinnamon / Cinnamomum verum) – premium quality, naturally sweet, sourced from Sulawesi or Maluku.
Cassia Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii / Indonesian Cinnamon) – more common, strong aroma, more affordable, highly demanded in Europe, America, and the Middle East.
Product Forms
Stick / Quills: whole cinnamon sticks, length approx. 15–25 cm.
Powder: produced from ground sticks or bark.
Chip / Cut: broken pieces of bark, commonly used for extract or industrial purposes.
